Leading with Love
It all hinges on love. I found it deeply challenging as, in simple, direct language, with apt quotes and illustrations, it probed one and another area of heart, soul and relationships with the insistent demand of the second lwading the greatest commandments.
In the final section, he devotes discussion to very practical ways to exhibit love as a leader. All leadership is to be characterized by love, and love should pervade our every action.
