If you a fans of Love at Stake series, you don’t want to miss this story Unfortunately, the inept writing of most of the writers, have made this book an absolute dud, except for one jewel at the end. I can write one of these. As of today, the only one I have read in this series is Kerrelyn Sparks. Secret Life of a Vampire. A Very Vampy Christmas, Kerrelynn Sparks 2 stars In this campy, funny tale a newly made vampire suffering from amnesia gets help from his fangy soap-opera co-star when he goes searching for his lost past. I love that aspect. Hence, better get the Kerrelyn Sparks story in some other Paranormal Romance themed or single-author collection, and trash any thought that you might be having about buying this book.
I loved when she put some kind of truth serum in Nick, Gwen and Nick’s family’s wine.
I only ready A Very Vampy Christmas by Kerrelyn Sparks, and this was a very good story and I was know what mostly happened when I read the other books but it was nice to dugarplums read Maggie and Pierce Don Orlando story, and what really happened to Pierce when a voodoo priestess used a love spell and a memory spell on poor Pierce and who he was turned by Tootsie and Scarlet in New Orleans. That’s kind of rare for me.

Suzanne MacPherson- Holly go Lightly – 3 stars, cute snippet of life but not a mystery or romance not sure why the story was in this book. I missed this one the first time around, so my timeline was even off. I got this book for the Kerrelyn Sparks story and it did not diappoint.
Maggie helps “Don” figure out who he really is because his amnesthia keeps him from remembering anything from before the night he was turned. A professional organizer with someone after her is saved by a mysterious man who won’t leave her alone.
I really felt like I had missed a lot anx jumped into the stories in the middle of something.
There’s an element of suspense, a mystery, some compulsory organizing, surprising skills, and heartwarming Christmas scenes. I only read the Ad Sparks story – and am I ever sorry I wasted the time.

I only keerelyn Kerrelyn Sparks story and although short, I found it to be an enjoyable contribution to the series with familiar humor and characters. Found this book to be rushed and characters were annoying didn’t enjoy it at all: Funny, romance, HEA all a girl could want.

The story itself is formal and stilted, and a little boring, even with murder involved. Thanks for telling us about the problem.
