I had a difficult time closing it to go to sleep at night. He wrote the novel two years later, and it was published in 1 Raymond E. Tael being said, Faerie Tale is different from his usual works.
I used to like Feist fesit I was in my teens, but got quickly annoyed when formula writing got the better of him and he started pooping out two uninspired books a year.

There are all kinds of local stories and legends about some woods nearby, including a few mysteries occurrences. I also found the father character to be a bit of a Mary-Sue, and the teenage daughter character to be unrealistic.

Feist’s skillfully crafted prose illuminates many of the darker sides of fairy stories. Not to say that the book doesn’t have a few flaws that I’ve probably overlooked over the years, if it’s true than I bought this book because I was a big fan of Raymond E.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this piece of dark fantasy, which turns out to be a pretty entertaining and scary talf tale”. And I am no brave enough as a reader to venture further in such a risky business, even if it may get better after a while.

I spotted a used copy at a library sale a few weeks ago and debated buying it but I have too many books to read already. Ultimately, though, I was disappointed by it.

Despite a couple small complaints, this was a solid, entertaining read. It isn’t as “cool” as it thinks it is, and the female characters were off. However, it was ruined by a few fzerie. Feist[1] first published in The story takes place in modern day but manages to wind in lots of ancient faerie mythology.

This book appears to have been the first and was easily the worst as the female character is actually described as WANTING it to take place for a portion of the rape. But what the characters experience is anything but modern. This is a darker version of faerie, alongside a more normal world, if that makes sense.
It took me a long time to read the book just because I haven’t had a lot of time to read in the past month, but I always looked forward to gettin 4. Sets up the characters and the normal world with twinges of the odd and unsettling.
