While the narrator’s name remains unknown throughout the novel, the author uses his own name at the end of the book, raising questions about the true narrative standpoint throughout the text. He has been involved in theater, worked as a journalist, and been a substitute teacher. All I can say is that you can’t enter this novel expecting too naaiv to le isn’t a novel with huge story arcs and climaxes.
