The datasheet for this chip is located here: I have tried reading by explicitly creating Transactions and also by using the MultiI2C library datasbeet the Netduino Toolbox. Also, it is not really suitable for the microcontroller to have specific pull-up resistor value, because it depends on bus parameters, such as speed, capacitance etc.
