Why does Netduino need pullups while the Arduino does not? I have also tried writing a byte to the SRAM and reading the same address to no avail: Go to the full post. Back to Netduino Plus 2 and Netduino Plus 1.

If you want a treat and don’t mind the treatment Posted 23 December – I have been successful with I2C in the past, and I believe that the “writes” I’m doing to the module work since my WriteTransactions return a nonzero value. The datasheet for this chip is located here: I have tried reading by explicitly creating Transactions and also by using the MultiI2C library datasbeet the Netduino Toolbox. Also, it is not really suitable for the microcontroller to have specific pull-up resistor value, because it depends on bus parameters, such as speed, capacitance etc.
