Sweet and silly at times. My GR bfenna did warn me about this book and I was really worried about reading it.
Junk Miles (Brenna Blixen, #2)
Ostensibly, the book is about Brenna taking charge of her decisions and experiences, but it reads like an excuse to draw out the tension between the three parties involved. Xlutch wanted to know bg sure who I loved and why. Brenna is determined to figure it all out, dohble if it means making some of the hardest decisions of her entire life. I will refrain from specifics, but I will say that the Jake-or-Saxon dilemma intensifies, as they both get some Brenna Blixen action in this installment!
Liz Reinhardt is a perpetually homesick NJ native who migrated to the deep South a decade ago with her funny kid, motor-head husband, and growing pack of mutts. Give me a break! Some of the best scenes IMO are there.

So Liz gets a thumbs up for giving the parents a chance and to let them actually be in the book. There’s no “kiddie feel” to this book. Read more Read less. I loved that she didn’t sigh annoyingly, stare dreamily into Jake or Saxon’s eyes whenever they spoke, or followed them around like a lost puppy Believe me when I say this book is a page-turner and I can’t wait to read the sequel- Junk Miles.
The writing b again so realistic th This sequel to Double Clutch had me in a marathon “one sitting” read, Reimhardt really want to give it 4.
I love Jake and Saxon. Nov 22, Bt – Book Labyrinth rated it did not like it Shelves: There was real, true, honest emotion in these relationships that made me sigh, cry and get a little excited over. Lots of mixed up, messed up feeling’s in Junk Miles and while I didn’t care for a lot of what happened in this sequel, I was still intrigued enough to read this in one sitting and curious enough to want to know what happens next, so I’m looking forward to reading the third novel; Slow Twitch.
Hopefully I am making some sense.

It could be titled, Brenna Blixen: Don’t see that a lot in characters this age – and reihhardt because it’s not a huge reality, but it is one – even in a small way.
Also I have to say that I expected some changes at the end, something big to happen. To say I love Sense and Sensibility is an understatement, and Let me say that I have been recommending this series to everyone I know.
Lists with This Book. She feels an instant connection to him, but is disappointed to see him with a girl hanging off him, talking about their date that night. I especially loved Brenna’s relationship with her parents. She could be snotty and always thought she knew more than Jake, but then I loved that Jake grew some “balls.

Brrnna is getting ready to take a trip to France with her Mother. Every time I decide to delve into self-published shaky territory I get worried. We just love reading a good story wherein there are two guys vying for the same girl. Between keeping the peace with her lovingly over-protective parents, designing t-shirts for her high school’s rising punk band, juggling split classes between academic and technical high school, dojble running the track like a maniac, Brenna has enough to worry about without juggling two guys who make her heart thud and drive her crazy all at the same time.
I think his rebelliousness is just a cry for attention, and that breaks my heart. This is a story of girl meets boy and begins a crush, then girl meets another boy and crushes on him too. But well, Brenna did chose Jake. Like Brenna, I fell head over heals in love with Saxon, then a minute later, fell in love with Jake. It really is true that so much of your future is determined by decisions you make in those years.
