If your romance scenes consist of cutting it off after the first thought of sex appears and then picking it up with rumpled clothing and waking up then you shouldn’t be a romance author.

Thanks for telling us about the problem. While I enjoyed the first book, I didn’t care for this one at all. The feud that had divided their families still simmered. It’s still a quite enjoyable book, even though the hero and heroine are upstaged by Hannah and Rafe from Book 1.
Ajyne I ever wrong! To me it was kind of hollow. She has written contemporary romantic suspense novels under that name, as well as futuristic and historical romance novels under the pseudonyms Jayne Castle and Amanda Quick, respectively. I got tired of this and would have much prefered just enjoying the characters for who they were and not for the reputation of their families.
