Sunny knows that better than anyone when her vampire boyfriend and Blood Coven leader, Magnus, gets hot-and-steamy Sunny suspects with a girl specially picked by the Blood Coven to be his blood mate, one who’s going to be turned into a vampire in a few days so she can forever rule by Magnus’s side.
Sunny got that part. She’s definitely atypical for a teenager, being a whiz kid with electronics and also hacking. She only seemed to care if what she had to do would benefit her. As the book progressed, I was able to get more into it as always because of how much I like Sunny and Rayne.
And yet, that’s what makes these books such good reads. But something doesn’t quite add up, other than her jeaously, so Sunny secretly follows Magnus to Vegas to see what’s up They have such a strong bond with one another and even though they fight, they still come through for each other in the end.
When jealousy strikes, Sunny and Rayne decide to do a bit of digging and it turns out that Jane isn’t who she says she is and now Sunny and Rayne have a week to get Magnus and the rest of the Vampire world to see the truth before she is bitten and joined bllood Magnus for eternity.
Something is not right so when the Coven heads to Vegas for the blood mate convention, Sunny and her vampiric-slayer twin sister Rayne secretly go with them to prove Jayne is a fake before the binding exchange of vows occurs. This installment takes place in Vegas and is a lot of fun, we have jealousy I love the setting, Vegas is always fun.
It’s silly, cute and totally unrealistic – but that’s what I want in a silly, YA vampire novel that’s filled with cute moments and teenage drama. There are several scenes which, had you are a teen, you will enjoy.
I originally read this book after meeting the author and buying her book at a convention. Her boyfriend Magnus is a vampire, and the leader of the Blood Coven. I give this book a three out of four. Rayne only went because of the slot machines. I couldn’t help but be drawn into her and Magnus’ relationship. Jane is not who she is and it just ends up in a big investigation to find out what is going on as Sunshine takes a daring chance. Sunny McDonald is in the ultimate forbidden relationship.

I loved the cover on this. I like being surprised most of the time, lol! Sunny is a mortal, or at least now is — she was mistaken for her sister in a previou Bad Blood, the fourth book in Blood Coven Vampire series, is the first book I have read. With a capital V. She’s cool, edgy, and kicks butt.

So giving the circumstances Rayne and Sunshine have enough on their hands of this whole Vampire Coven especially now with jealousy added to the picture. I was a little dissapointed with his lack of trust in Sunny though. From Amazon I really love all the Blood Coven books! This next problem though, is for Sunny. Marl mean, it looked quite good, and you have to read the book before the film, right?!
