This leader invades and slaughters the houses occupants all except the young daughter of the congressman, Dulce Rosa, whom he rapes instead. How would she know love? The aftermath of her death isabrl Tadeo deeply and he decides to give up on love and redemption altogether, so in a way she managed to avenge her father in the sense that, despite Tadeo remaining alive, he will forever live life in misery.
It starts out as a congressman villa being invaded alpende attacked by a guerrilla band of men of which is lead by a man called Tadeo Cespedes.
